The Icelandic Queen of Calm
Hi, I'm Ragna (Ragnheiður for those who are fluent in Icelandic ;)) I'm known for making people feel at ease and have calming energy so you are in good hands. My friends call me the Icelandic Queen of Calm :)
With both an academic and an unconventional background I have been teaching both in traditional schools as well as seminars and workshops for 10 years now. From nutrition, biology and microbiology to meditation, mindful eating, yoga and my favorite yoga nidra.
My diverse background comes from being a curious seeker of knowledge, but also trying to find the one thing that can bring me inner peace and calm. I've got this sensitive nature, so I don't thrive in busy, overcrowded places. My nurturing places are in nature and anywhere where I can connect to my inner self, doing things that spark joy within. Living with my family makes that sometimes hard to do but I do my best to prioritize in those things that help me feel connected and alive. I also feel lucky to live in Iceland so I have nature close to me.
